Pastor Otis Moss, III of Trinity United Church of Christ issues a call for prayer, action and peace in the Democratic Republic of the Congo. He lays out the vital importance of Congo to Africa and the planet and how we are all connected to and benefit from arguably the most resource rich land on the planet.
Unfortunately, we all benefit at the expense of the Congolese people who have endured the deadliest conflict in the world since World War II. Over six million Congolese have perished since 1996 as a result of the ravenous pursuit of the country's spectacular mineral riches such as coltan, cobalt, tin, copper, diamonds, gold, etc.
Join Pastor Moss, III and other faith leaders in demanding peace and justice for our beleaguered brothers and sisters in the heart of the African continent.
